“Had the pleasure of touring this lovely property and I must say it was very nice. The dog spa and play area was a super plus for pet owners. And the roof top pool with the panoramic views will be such a hit this summer. If you are anyone you know are looking to tour this property, contact me for more info.”

“Dirty poorly kept property. Massive parties.. Complained about pool being extremely dirty on 07/25/2021. City of Houston came and inspected the pool 08/17/2025. Chlorine .43ppm.Shut the pool down. Dog park always full of feces. Drug use too”
