Brokerology Properties offers full service Real Estate specializing in listing and selling resale homes, new construction homes and undeveloped land. Kathy Phelan-Broker/Owner has been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and a Real Estate Broker since 2006. She specializes in Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos, Lofts and New Construction homes in the Inner Loop, Galleria, Memorial and Surrounding areas. Kathy boasts 17 years of experience working with Houston’s most prestigious luxury Inner-Loop Real Estate firms and Top Producers. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors she has held a certification with the Seller’s Agency Council (2006) and Real Estate Buyer’s Council (2006). Kathy has been involved in buying & listing resale homes and new construction homes. She has represented many of Houston’s Inner-loop Builders. Kathy is dedicated in understanding every Buyer and Seller’s needs, expectations and goals.
