In that role, he was instrumental in helping his company to: investigate and acquire development sites, permit construction projects with local town officials, obtain bank financing to fund projects and manage the site development and construction. During that period, the company constructed multiple single family home sub divisions, commercial office space and several 8,000 square feet plus educational facilities under tight deadlines for a national franchise operator.
