On a personal note, I am originally from Moscow, Russia! I studied in Moscow State Linguistic University. I speak both English and Russian fluently. My husband and I have multiple kids we are proud of: 3 College students, 1 - in US Navy for about 6 years, and a couple of them still at Home attending school. Ivone Varela was born and raised in Nicaragua, a beautiful country located in Central America, surrounded by lakes and volcanoes. Marla Bailey is a dedicated residential real estate professional with a background in elementary education, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Academic Studies, from Sam Houston State, which has equipped her with valuable skills such as patience, careful listening, and problem-solving. Keele grew up in California but found her home in Texas almost twenty years ago. She jumped right into customer service, Waitressing and Bartending. Keele continued her love for people and customer service by earning a Paramedic License and began serving the Montgomery County community on an ambulance.







Due to her husband's career, she has moved a lot and through that, she discovered her passion for Real Estate. From flipping her personal home to buying new construction, she loves making a house a home.







Keele can be found spending time with her family; her husband Matt, daughter Adaley and son Pierce. Along with two puppies they rescued from Montgomery County animal shelter.

She is a preschool teacher at a local Mother's Day out program two days a week.
In her off time she enjoys looking at remodeling projects for her husband to do, playing with the kids and dogs, and being active in the church.

A personal note to prospective clients; 25 Years ago I arrived in this glorious place called The Woodlands, TX...to continue serving in the USAF/Air National Guard and start my career in Nutritional medicine with MD Anderson. Many said I would like it; they now know I LOVE IT! It is the first time in my life I felt like I was home! That is a very important statement as I myself was homeless as a runaway teenager. Many helpful folks opened their homes to me and allowed me to serve in anyway I could to "EARN" my rent or living space. Sometimes it was just a closet. I could not have been more grateful for a warm place to sleep and all the life skills learned about home repair and remedy. I have put all into my now 15 year real estate career. As an individual with no paid leads or a team to refer I have closed over 42 million with only the last 8 years being a full time agent. I have found my riches....IN THE PEOPLE I have served and get to call friends! My name really is Odessa and, suits me well in this awesome state of TEXAS! As a single mother for almost 20 years it is my clients who allowed me to raise my my son and daughter and see them off to their respective colleges. Our life here grew in ways I never dreamed!
