Marla Bailey

Marla Bailey is a dedicated residential real estate professional with a background in elementary education, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Academic Studies, from Sam Houston State, which has equipped her with valuable skills such as patience, careful listening, and problem-solving. She takes pride in her ability to guide and educate first-time homebuyers and seasoned home buyers/sellers in transitioning to new chapters in their lives.

Marla's commitment to her clients is evident in her unwavering dedication to meeting their needs and surpassing their expectations. She values the relationships she builds with her clients, viewing them as more than just business transactions.

As a native Texan and a longtime resident of Magnolia, Marla has deep roots in her community. She not only works in real estate, but also actively contributes to her community by volunteering, in various capacities.

Outside of her real estate career, Marla enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her young adult sons, friends, dogs, exercising, traveling and is a self-proclaimed foodie. Her younger son is expected to graduate from Texas A&M Spring 2024 "Gig'em". Her well-rounded interests and commitment to both her career and community make her a well-rounded and dedicated professional in the real estate industry.
