Brian started in real estate by building his real estate investment portfolio, and fell in LOVE with real estate along the way. As a former HR executive in the healthcare and oil and gas industries, he found his ability to lead people and projects, and taking great care of clients transitioned beautifully to selling real estate. Brian loves to make sure his clients feel confident he will take amazing care of them and make one of the biggest decisions a person or family can make as easy as possible for them. Brian earned his bachelor's degree from Baylor University and holds an MBA from Rice University. Brian is married to his lovely wife May, and along with their two young boys, enjoy as much family time as possible together.

He has placed clients in coastal, suburban settings, as far west as Texas' beautiful hill country, south to San Miguel de Allende, and through his love of travel, is equipped to place you in the south of France, or in an Italian villa.

Conn holds a Doctorate of Fine Arts, his esthetic honed and polished through not only his own international studies, but as art professor in three universities, as well as Lamar University in Italy. He has fine understanding of space, and how to fill it, that has guided many clients to create the homes of their dreams.

Recognized many times over as a top producer in his 20 years in real estate, he enjoys a stellar reputation for his depth of knowledge in the industry, is known for his personal ethics and clients soon know him to be reliable and truthful in every aspect of a transaction.

From a family of seven children, he was taught that being together and helping each other through life situations is the ripe fruit of maturity and good manners. World travel is his passion, and he loves making friends and exploring lifestyles in unique locales. Jennifer Lerner, a fourth-generation Houstonian, is taking the market by storm bringing with her an extensive background in sales and an established track record in real estate. Part of her success comes from being the fourth generation in her family with a successful career in Texas real estate. Over the last ten years, selling Houston real estate has taken her across all parts of the city. Jennifer graduated from The University of Texas in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications and a concentration in Business. She had a successful career in advertising sales for Food & Wine Magazine and The Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal. Eventually, Jennifer landed a job in Pharmaceutical Sales, after being chosen from over 1,000 applicants.

Mark Fontenot is a top producer committed to providing excellent service for his clients. A native Houstonian raised in Northwest Houston but now living in Oak Forest, he provides a wide range of knowledge in a multitude of local real estate markets. With well over 100 transactions ranging from Clear Lake to Lake Conroe and Katy to Kingwood, Mark is willing and able to meet your real estate needs. After graduating from Louisiana State University, Mark spent 12 years working in the customer service and hospitality industry with Young Life at resorts in Colorado and Georgia. During that time he fine-tuned skills that have allowed him to better care for his clients.
