Mark Fontenot is a top producer committed to providing excellent service for his clients. A native Houstonian raised in Northwest Houston but now living in Garden Oaks, he provides a wide range of knowledge in a multitude of local real estate markets. With over 200 transactions ranging from Clear Lake to Lake Conroe and Katy to Kingwood, Mark is willing and able to meet your real estate needs all around the Greater Houston Area. After graduating from Louisiana State University, Mark spent 12 years working in the customer service and hospitality industry at resorts in Colorado and Georgia. During that time, he developed skills that have allowed him to better care for his clients. With consistent communication, organization, problem-solving, availability and flexibility, Mark strives to earn his client's trust and provide a positive experience. With an appreciation and knowledge of construction, Mark is an asset for clients when it comes to home maintenance and understanding of construction quality, costs, and timelines.
