Originally from the Southeast Asian island of Sri Lanka, she also brings with her a rich cultural diversity and experience that spans living in several big cities and a working-knowledge of multiple corporate industries.

With a degree in business, Sandiya has worked both in the Medical Industry, as an assistant to a leading orthopedic surgeon and for 11 years in global sales and purchasing in the Oil and Gas sector of Houston. Each of her experiences led to a unique and in-depth knowledge of Houston's core markets. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and is well versed in the relocation process with a client list of many internationals. In 2019 Sandiya founded Interior Staging Concepts (ISC). The company was conceived from her distinct understanding of what drives buyer decision-making. As a successful realtor and achieving exceptional results from staging and selling her own properties, Sandiya decided to follow her passion for home decor by embarking on the exciting field of Home Staging. Sandiya is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHLMS) whose keen eye for decor and staging has helped numerous clients sell their homes in record time.

Sandiya's passion for real estate lies in marrying the perfect house with the perfect buyer. As an avid painter and artist, she describes viewing each transaction like a blank canvas, where the movement and rhythm of the lines and colors are always different...much like the people involved. When there is harmony and the balance of value in a new home; the transaction, just like a beautiful painting, becomes a masterpiece. I've felt the calling to "put a dent in the universe" since I was 9 years old. The traditional path that everyone else was on was never an option. For me, it meant having an impact for God with my life, something Anderson and I both thought was only possible in vocational ministry. However, I've always been entrepreneurial and had a natural craving for anything business related. When trying to reconcile the two passions, I finally realized that God was calling me to use business to care for people. Anderson and I first started trying to figure out what that meant in 2009 and after some meandering, partnered up in 2013. After running the real estate gamut together and realizing our true passion, we formed Connected Realty to focus on helping people successfully navigate the buying and selling process. That passion for people soon expanded to include growing a team of agents, whose lives we could have an even greater impact on.

History: Memorial born and raised, Dad spent his career selling new construction for Houston home-builders, started first real business at 13, involved in a number of different ventures since, partnered with Anderson in 2013, been working together in Houston and Austin real estate ever since.

Personal: In addition to my work at Connected, I helped start CrowdSource Rescue with two of my best friends, which was used to rescue over 30,000 people in the wake of Hurricane Harvey and has since become a major player in disaster response.

Stephanie Luna is in the business of changing lives for the better and building lasting relationships. For nine years, Stephanie was an elementary teacher. She taught 1st grade, Kindergarten, and most recently Art for the Pearland Independent School District. She used creative ideas, concepts, and motivational techniques to help her students learn and she uses those same qualities to aid clients in the seemingly daunting task of buying, selling, or leasing a home. Stephanie is patient, dedicated, organized, caring, flexible, and thorough. She uses her experience with conflict resolution managed in the classroom to help negotiate the best outcome for her clients. As an excellent communicator, she understands the importance of speaking clearly and concisely to get the best results. Stephanie will put your mind at ease during the process of your real estate transactions. She will be with you from start to finish and beyond. She believes in the importance of building a strong relationship with her clients, as she did with hundreds of students in her classroom. She married her husband, Tim, and gained a wonderful bonus daughter in 2005. Tim and Stephanie have two beautiful children together. She enjoys traveling, watching their children in their many extra-curricular activities, and spending time with friends and family, including their two loving labs.
