Stephanie Luna

Stephanie Luna is in the business of changing lives for the better and building lasting relationships. For nine years, Stephanie was an elementary teacher. She taught 1st grade, Kindergarten, and most recently Art for the Pearland Independent School District. She used creative ideas, concepts, and motivational techniques to help her students learn and she uses those same qualities to aid clients in the seemingly daunting task of buying, selling, or leasing a home. Stephanie is patient, dedicated, organized, caring, flexible, and thorough. She uses her experience with conflict resolution managed in the classroom to help negotiate the best outcome for her clients. As an excellent communicator, she understands the importance of speaking clearly and concisely to get the best results. Stephanie will put your mind at ease during the process of your real estate transactions. She will be with you from start to finish and beyond. She believes in the importance of building a strong relationship with her clients, as she did with hundreds of students in her classroom. She will go beyond and work tirelessly for you and all your real estate needs. Stephanie has lived in the Pearland area for 24 years. She married her husband, Tim, and gained a wonderful bonus daughter in 2005. Tim and Stephanie have two beautiful children together. She enjoys traveling, watching their children in their many extra-curricular activities, and spending time with friends and family, including their two loving labs.
