Stephanie Luna is in the business of changing lives for the better and building lasting relationships. For nine years, Stephanie was an elementary teacher. She taught 1st grade, Kindergarten, and most recently Art for the Pearland Independent School District. She used creative ideas, concepts, and motivational techniques to help her students learn and she uses those same qualities to aid clients in the seemingly daunting task of buying, selling, or leasing a home. Stephanie is patient, dedicated, organized, caring, flexible, and thorough. She uses her experience with conflict resolution managed in the classroom to help negotiate the best outcome for her clients. My name is Stacy Wood, I'm a wife, mother, and real estate advisor, specializing in relocations for the greater Houston areas. Since the 90's my husband and I have been buying, selling, flipping, and building homes. With each new project, I found myself falling more and more in love with real estate, architecture, and this city. My passion for real estate then led me to become a corporate relocation specialist. And for the past 15 years, I have helped hundreds of families plant their roots in this wonderfully diverse city, I so proudly call home.

Being a native Houstonian, Stacy has lived in and around many areas of this great City. Currently, she and her husband reside in-town where they have raised their family for the past 20+ years. Stacy started her real estate career over 18 years ago as a local real estate investor with her husband, purchasing properties in need of rehab, remodeling them from the studs and then re-selling. She started a full time career as a real estate agent with a boutique firm and later moving on to a national brokerage, Keller Williams, where she continued working until 2008. From there she joined CRI Real Estate Services and turned her attention to primarily handling relocation clients. Being a Relocation Specialist, Stacy strives to provide her clients with premier service that goes far beyond the "extra mile". Her one priority when servicing both Buyers and Sellers, whether they are making a local move or a move across the country or globe, is to ensure that they have a seamless and smooth transition. As a Native Houstonian, Ryan is familiar with many of the areas in and around the city. He specializes in West Houston, but he works from the shorelines of Lake Conroe down to Galveston, and from Katy to Clear Lake. No home is too big or too small. He has expansive knowledge and experience in single-family, townhome, mid/high-rise condo and commercial transactions.

Ryan resides in West Houston with his wife and daughter. When not spending time with his family, he is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He recalls, My father taught me how to fish when I was 5 years old, and I have been hooked ever since. He also loves to travel, cook and golf. He has been a member of St. John Vianney Church for over 30 years and Club Westside. Also, he is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Citizen's for Animal Protection and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
