She grew up in a family "whose business was real estate, her mother has been real estate Investor for over 30 years", by accompanying her mother, she learned so much and inherited the passion for real estate. Courtney King is a graduate of Pepperdine University where she earned bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Spanish. Presently she is the Texas Designated State Broker, New Mexico Qualifying Broker and Broker Manager at Redfin. Prior to joining Redfin, Courtney owned her own real estate brokerage and property management company serving both the DFW and Houston markets since 2010. She is also the author of a book called Millennial VS. Machine, her story on how she got someone else to pay off her student loan debt through real estate investing. When she's not serving her team, she serves at her family's non-profit farm that is dedicated to educating and feeding the community in and around Brazoria County, Texas. Courtney is an experienced leader and prides herself on her commitment to excellence.

Born and raised in Harris County, Lily understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in The Gulf Coast, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. After serving honorably for 8 years in the Marine Corps, Lily returned to Houston and enrolled in college. She graduated from Houston Community College with an Associates of Arts and Science in Real Estate. She then attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. A current Houston resident, she is well-connected and actively involved in serving the community.
