Central Texas is a great place to live and work, which is why Miller Swayzer chose to call it home. Born and raised in Houston, Miller traveled the world and came to Killeen, Texas in 1996 while serving in the United States Army. Real estate is a passion for Miller, and with his background in management, it is easy to see why families call him for help with buying and selling their homes.

Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University in 2010. After 26 years of service, he retired from the Army and Civil Service with many distinctions and awards including the Hidalgo de San Antonio de Bexar, Department of Defense Achievement Medal for Civilian Service, several Army Achievement and Accommodation Medals, and the Army Meritorious Service Medal.

Miller Swayzer has been a part of the All City Real Estate family for over five years, but he isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. Miller Swayzer has served his local community as a Rotarian in multiple capacities, including Sergeant at Arms, Public Relations Director, Vice President, President-Elect, and President (2021-22). He is a Paul Harris Fellow and a member of the Paul Harris Society. Miller loves serving others by being a part of other local community service events.

A passionate family man, when Miller Swayzer isn't in the office or volunteering in his local community, you'll often find him at home reading, watching current events, and enjoying time with his friends and family.

My objective is to provide excellence in everything I do. I have been a resident of Texas since March, 2014. I was born and raised in California and lived in Nevada County since 1981. During that time I was involved with the insurance and securities industry before becoming a loan officer in 1996. From there I became a broker and formed two corporations. I look at my profession as a mission, to be able to help others while "doing excellence". Integrity is everything to me and relationships are the key to work and life. My clients are also the people that I see in town, at the grocery store, busy doing life, like me; excellence is the only way! My goal is to create a great group of clients and to help them make home ownership a reality, whether they are first time or seasoned home buyers. I am anxious to work with a company that has the same values and that is willing to share knowledge, support and care.

It's a privilege to help my clients and customers not only find a place to live but a place they can create their best lives in. A home is the largest investment of most people's lives and helping them navigate that process carries a huge responsibility that I don't take lightly.



I have lived in the Houston area most of my life and still call League

City home. In addition to being a licensee realtor I am a Galveston County Native who attended Clear Creek High School (Go WildCATS!), ALSOM Bible College and graduated with honors degreed in Leadership and Biblical Studies. I have even gotten my Real Estate License not once, but twice! First in my early twenties, I worked as a corporate relocation specialist focused on rental and commercial properties in Houston and the surrounding areas and again in my fifties as my "Do something you love career" focusing on Residential Real Estate Sales and Leasing.



What I love most about selling real estate is assisting people through the journey from 'JUST LOOKING to signing the final paperwork at the title company! It can be a path with many twists and turns that I find exhilarating and extremely rewarding when those keys are handed over. Staying on the cutting edge of technology and industry best practices is one of my favorite pastimes, too. It's safe to say, I'm a little obsessed but in a good way.



Real Estate is more than a job to me though, it facilitates my calling; mentoring and helping young women to live their best lives is also my passion. To that end, I volunteer my time to help end human trafficking in Houston and the surrounding areas.



My clients help me to support organizations committed to ending sex trafficking and exploitation. I am most proud of the ministry work I do as an Intervention Site Leader for Elijah Rising, a leading force in the abolition and social justice

A rare Houston native, John grew up in the Galleria area and attended Episcopal High School in Bellaire. John, his beautiful wife Rebecca and their 2 children settled in Katy and are golf members of Willow Fork Country Club, where he frequently golfs when not playing the guitar for his friends and family. Adriana is a successful business woman, graduated in communication and journalism, an entrepreneur. In gratitude for the freedoms granted to her in America and for her desire to serve, she strove to become a deputy sheriff and spent 16 years protecting her community. This has been a privilege for Adriana, and through her duty she has developed her communication and management skills to prepare her for the next phase in her desire to serve people. Because of her position in the Brazilian American community, she sought a new entrepreneurial adventure where she could use her combined skills to further serve those around her and decided to enter the Real Estate business, seeing its great impact on people in their desire for security and prosperity, as part of that American Dream!
