While working full time for the police department, Christian also received his certification for installing septic systems and is responsible for installing two on his own property. He and his family built their farm up from the ground up, drilling shallow water wells, working pens, fencing and cross-fencing, building a high tunnel greenhouse and understanding how to select the perfect land for specific purposes.
