I’m so happy that i was able to purchase my first house! A dream com true thanks to the efforts of my stellar agent Mr. Luis Zelaya .. he was able to negotiate a discount on the house plus all closing costs paid by the seller and we even walked away with our good faith deposit! We just closed on the purchase on our first house and we had a great experience with our agent Mr Luis Zelaya with the Parodi Group, he was super helpful, explained us the home buying process very detailed, in a way that we are able now to explain the process to other people looking to buy a house. Mr. Zelaya responded all my inquiries, texts and calls on timely manner, and kept me informed through the entire process. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house. Mr. Luis Zelaya is in my opinion is the best real estate professional one can work with! Our home journey started over 2 years ago and during that time he always kept in contact making sure he was there for us when we were ready. Luis always remained very patient during the actual process, he was always attentive to all the documents that were needed, and thanks to God and then to Luis I can have my first house today, my family and I thank him.
