Tonya Newton

Tonya Newton is a Business Owner, Professional Sports Player, Math Teacher, Coach and Realtor whose affinity for Texas is lifelong. Since 1985, she has called Spring home, but she was born and raised in Houston.



As a Math Teacher, Tonya taught financial literacy to her students, including calculating simple interest when purchasing a home. That, along with her passion for educating and hailing from a family of landowners, ultimately led her down the path of real estate, in hopes of helping people simplify an often complex process. Transactions are meant to be seamless, not anxiety-inducing, and this is exactly why she makes it point to put her all into each transaction to ensure nothing but her clients' success.
