Above all, I am an ally and guide for all my clients, every step of the way. Previously, I was a restaurant owner and manager for over 10 years, where I developed my customer service abilities. Before the beginning of my career as a Realtor, it was suggested I consider a career in sales, this was something I never had a desire to do, I always considered my strengths to be customer service, not sales. But then I embraced the idea "I am a customer service representative, but I come to you, instead of you coming to me". Since that embracement, I have had over 20 years of success helping my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. I have always loved houses, have always wanted to buy an ugly adorable house and make them beautiful, I did just that. It is what opened the door for me to take a Leap of Faith and pursue Real Estate full time. Janice was born and raised in Ohio and then moved to Chicago. At last Janice found and married her super supportive husband and came to Texas.

Janice's inquisitive nature has been good to her. She's worked and traveled around many states in the US, Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, Oman, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the British, US Virgin, Caribbean, and Cayman Islands, and she even ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

Janice's passion is volunteering at a local, Christian food pantry, traveling, boating, golfing, biking, aerobic swimming, and workouts. She is the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, manages the Neighborhood Block Parties, and a Canasta Group!

Many of Janice's days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with Title companies and lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to new ecstatic homeowners.
