In addition to The Woodlands, Janice serves clients throughout the greater Montgomery and Harris County areas, including Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, Tomball, Shenandoah, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Whether you're buying or selling, she brings the same dedication, local expertise, and personal care to every transaction.
Originally from Ohio, Janice moved to Chicago in her early 20's, where she met and married her supportive husband.
Her adventurous spirit has taken her across the United States and around the world, including travels throughout Europe, the UK, Scandinavia, Dubai, Oman, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, the British and US Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands. She even embraced a bold adventure in Spain by running with the bulls.
Janice's greatest passion is helping people, both in real estate and through community service. She volunteers at a local Christian food pantry and is actively involved in her neighborhood as a watch coordinator, block party organizer, and a Canasta group leader. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, golfing, biking, scuba diving, and staying active through swimming, and workouts.
Each day, Janice dedicates herself to guiding clients through the buying and selling process with care and expertise. Whether staging homes, reviewing inspection reports, coordinating with title companies and attorneys, negotiating contracts, placing a "SOLD" sign in the yard, or handing keys to a thrilled new homeowner, she is committed to delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
