Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. Monica enjoys looking at homes, and is dedicated in making sure that her clients find the best fit for their lifestyle. Monica has an eye for detail and a personality that gets anyone interested , which is perfect for listing your home.

When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.

We enjoy hunting, fishing and traveling. Tina was born in Louisiana, raised in Fort Worth and moved to East Texas in 2010 with her husband, Jeff. She worked for Kenneth Copeland Ministries for 10 years in the Television department. She graduated from Jerry Savelle's School of World Evangelism in 1995 and has been in sales for more than 20+ years. Before getting into real estate, Tina worked for two erosion control companies before starting her own business in 2009 where she owned and operated Alpha Erosion Products until selling in 2017. Jeff was born and raised in Henderson, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M in 1985 with an environmental degree. He worked as a taxidermist while in college and after graduating, worked for TXU coal mine in the reclamation department for 20+ years. Jeff then started H.A.T. Environmental Services where he installed erosion control products. Jeff has more than 45 years of farm and ranch experience, which makes him an asset to anyone looking to purchase large ranches. He also owns and operates a gun smith shop where he builds custom rifles. Together they own and operate a cattle/hay ranch between Henderson and Kilgore. We serve all of East Texas and nothing is more exciting than the gratifying feeling we get from helping people meet their real estate needs. You can count on us!

A graduate in Economics and Business from The University of Texas, Parker has been practicing real estate as a licensed agent for over 6 years and is an active investor with property in Austin and Houston. In 2016, Parker and his wife, Michelle, moved back to The Woodlands from their home in Austin to join The Kink Team. With his background in sales and business management, he currently oversees operations on The Kink Team while actively selling. As lead recruiter for The Kink Team, he is constantly on the lookout for talented individuals with a limitless mindset to grow with them. An adventurer at heart, Parker has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, completed the Ironman, and is already looking forward to the next challenge.
