Thalia and her team absolutely exceeded our expectations! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and she walked us through the process so gracefully. She was extremely easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable about the market and the home buying process. We ended up doing renovations on the home we bought, and Thalia has facilitated that process for us as well. She is fantastic to work with. We are also worked closely with Josh and Jessika, who were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The communication between the team is seamless. We hope to stay in this house for awhile but will not hesitate to use Thalia and her team when we are ready for our next home.

“We restored/remodeled our home after the flood. Thalia was extremely helpful in providing design direction with resale in mind. A number of the contractors she recommended were good and reliable. She personally spent a great deal of time helping us through many difficult decisions, working with contractors and educating us on the reconstruction business. We very much appreciated her depth of knowledge and professional guidance through the process.”

Thalia and team are absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you and looking out for your best interest. From listing my rental property with professional photos, to scheduling showings, to walking me through every step of the lease agreement and application process, Thalia made it all very easy! She is an obvious expert and leader in the industry. And this is not my first time to use Thalia and Josh. They helped me purchase another property earlier this year. I definitely will continue to use Josh and Thalia for ALL my real estate needs! They are awesome!

We've been fortunate to live directly across the street from the Guderyon's (for over seventeen years) so when it came to list our home there was no other to consider! Thalia is a sweet, beautiful person who happens to be Real Estate Subject Matter Expert....a true professional coupled with love of community. We were constantly impressed with her attention to detail and marveled at her marketing strategy as she utilizes the latest technology within her listings. No matter time of day Thalia, Jessika & Josh were always available to address questions and/or concerns. We are so grateful to have known the Guderyon family these many years and have represent us. We'll most definitely miss them!

My friend recommended Thalia to me and said Thalia is better than your average realtor because the relationship doesn’t end after the sale. Since viewing my first house with Thalia to buying my dream home I can say my friend was right. Thalia goes above and beyond with her clients before, during and after the process. I am so grateful for the years of experience and professionalism Thalia has as it was apparent when we were viewing homes. Thalia was available every step of the way during the buying process- which everyone knows can be very stressful. I highly recommend Thalia and her team and will personally only use them as my realtor.
