Texas Metropolitan Properties is proud to serve you, my friend, in the Houston community.

Texas or Tejas is based on the Caddo word, táysha' which means 'friend'.  Texas is the friendly state.  Texas motto:  friendship.  

Metropolitan is a multi-faceted word that includes a civilized, cultured, cosmopolitan, graceful, polished, worldly-wise, genteel, smart, attractive, appealing, amiable, schooled, refined, sophisticated, suave, collected, confident, secure, assured, self-confident and cool.  Perfectly describes Houston.

Properties are ownership to a building or buildings and the land belonging to it or them with the law of right to possession, use, or disposal.

Houston has a world acclaimed international footprint and is culturally diverse.  Houston developed with no zoning, creating many "in town" mixed used communities.  Established neighborhoods with restrictions are some of Houston's most prized real estate.
