Terri was phenomenal in managing our listing through the sale of our home and beyond. She hosted multiple open houses and advertised our listing through numerous mediums, and she always answered her phone or returned our call quickly when she was on another call. And she and her husband and son helped us old folks move furniture both before and after the sale. Her can-do attitude and optimism were very calming throughout the process.

Terri helped us get our house market ready and it sold quickly. She helped us every step of the way. But Terri doesn't leave the relationship once the deal is closed. Quite a while after our house sold and we moved out of town, a package was delivered to our old address by mistake. Terri was kind enough to pick up the package and send it on to us. She definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty.
