She grew up in the Houston Heights and pursued a career in human resources with various local and global companies, rising through the ranks and discovering an important trait about herself: Stephanie wanted to HELP people. She found that in human resources she was able to assist employees with a variety of issues, and she enjoyed being there when people needed someone to call. When Stephanie purchased her first house, she realized she could bring this desire to draw others to the field of real estate while helping make clients' realty dreams a reality.

She shared her interest with her sister, and they committed to support each other in pursuing real estate careers. They also vowed to provide service above and beyond clients' expectations, and they've delivered on this goal with every transaction they've closed, cheering each other along even while working for different real estate companies.
