This team is on their A game, diligent, determined, my house was a showcase featured home so one day I received a 6x4 mailer with my house on it. It had my house pictures on it and I had neighbors knocking on my door wanting to see my house and they were amazed at how young that house looked and it is 54 yrs old. And Misty Henderson was my agent I will be honest she couldn't always be there but she is very determined to keep tight communication through all means possible let's face it gas isn't cheap these days. And there were times when I snapped from frustration but Misty would tell me "Charles hang in there, we are almost there". She made a excellent agent she also contacted a friend or fellow agent and she set me up with my new house and got the ball rollin there for me. So now I'm all set and 3 days away from closing on my new house 😁👍

We absolutely loved our experience the Mark Dimas Team. Kimberly, Kelsey, Tara, Diana, and Tomas were each transparent, responsive, and helpful. We appreciated their advocacy for us during the sale of our home. We will be keeping them in mind in the event we need to sell our home again.

My realtor was Gina Hudson from Mark Dimas Realty, while closing on my first home in the Heights. I could not have asked for a more experienced, attentive, and considerate person to walk me through the home-buying process. I highly recommend her and her team.

We started looking for a home last December 2023 and we ended up getting our new HOME last January 31, 2024, I was talking to a couple of real estate agent during the process of finding a home but me and my family ended up going with Brandon Montealvo. This guy is very knowledgeable, very informative, and pays attention to details. He actually "CARE" about his clients getting their dream home. Thank you so much Brandon for getting us on that finish line! I would definitely recommend him to my family, friends, and colleagues who would want to purchase their new home in the future.
