Evan Howell was able to find a tenant for me very quickly and has been very responsive and proactive in his communication regarding all affairs. I met Evan through a client of mine who was selling property to him about 10 years ago. That transaction, along with others that followed, were closed without issue. Since then, I have called upon Evan to represent clients of mine in marketing and selling their property. In recent years, Shana has assisted me with property valuations in various files. Shana and Evan are great! Their local, family-owned property management service allowed us to rent out our old house while we relocated to a new city. Shana took care of everything for us as first time landlords, helping with tenant selection and rent collection to maintenance and repair work. They have a professional portal with thorough documentation of repairs and transactions. We are selling now, but I would use Shana And EHP again in a heartbeat.

My family has rented a property from Evan Howell for over two years and I would like to highly recommend this property management company. Evan has always been very responsive to our concerns and maintenance requests. We have had a few issues over this time and they have all been resolved in a timely manner, using high quality contractors, and each repair has left the property in a better (and more attractive) state than it was before the problem arose. Looking forward to many more years in this home :)
