A CLOSER are the words I use to describe my Realtor Alysia Aylas. It has been an incredible experience since I met her. Had been looking into purchasing a home for over a year and things weren’t going well. Honestly it’s a good thing because I would have been a failure as a Home Buyer. Was prepared to purchase a nice 20 yr old home, no warranty, higher mortgage payment & higher percentage rate, not in the best area, last but not the least NO INCENTIVES. Alysia explained what was best for me and I ended up with a NEW HOME. I told her I can’t afford a new home she said “I believe you can.” And it happened It would have never happened without her. Without her guidance I would have made a bad decision and suffered. What sets her apart is she does Aftercare. The deal closed months ago however she’s still in the picture. Checks on me when the weather is bad in my area, answer questions, etc. because believe me there’s more to New Home Ownership than paying your mortgage. I’m very thankful for her she’s ELITE in her field. She knows how to deal with a Veteran. Job well done. 💯✅

ARJAY SINLAO from Keller Williams Realty of Houston. Long story short, I needed to move my family of 5 ASAP. ArJay knew my situation and how much I was spending everyday on hotels, transport and food for 5 adults. One listing we seen, he said he knows the landlord and it’s a guaranteed yes, just have to wait until current tenant moves out by end of the month. We told him yes we accept the offer for that house, I sent all paperwork to him and told him to let me know when and where to send security deposit so we can hold the house for us. In the meantime told him to keep looking to see if we can get into a place sooner. Mind you, this was a 30+ days process, a months and 2 weeks total. ARJAY and my family seen multiple listings all over Houston. ARJAY never submit any paperwork for any of the homes we seen. We communicated back and forth every other day and he was just confirming our info like full name, last addresses etc. so he was making it seem like he was actually doing his job and working on a home for us. But come move in day for our “guaranteed house”, he had not called or texted for the past 3 days so I called him. He told me the landlord has moved onto someone else because we never sent security deposit. But I have texts dated 2 weeks ago that I was ready to send payment and for ARJAY to let me know where and when to send. He said unfortunately that house is gone, and he will try his best to get us into a place soon. After that phone call he never contacted me again. Wow he really does care for his clients. 100/10 would not recommend ARJAY SINLAO to anyone.

My husband and I were approached by Mr Tom Perry. He dealt mostly with my husband but when he didn’t get the answer he wanted he texted me disrespectful and made very unprofessional comments towards myself and my husband, all because he didn’t get the answer he wanted. Extremely unprofessional!

HAR has long been a beacon of excellence in the real estate industry. But that excellence will diminish the longer they stay connected to NAR. The time for change is now and HAR should lead the way for all its stakeholders

Thankful for Alan! He made the experience of buying our first home such an easy experience. He answered all of our questions, guided us through the process, and was ready to help in any way needed. I highly recommend him for any buyer or seller in any situation they find themselves in.
