Peter and Vicky were with us every step of the way! They helped us negotiate a great deal on our house, they had some great recommendations for inspectors and handymen, and they relaly make sure we wound up with a house we loved at a price we could afford. In particular, we really appreciated their willingness to work with our schedules, price range, wants and needs!

Peter helped me find a house to raise my family in that I really enjoy. I’m a bit of a stickler about the things I wanted in a home, especially since we weren’t building new. Hindsight being 20/20, I really appreciate the patience he and his team took with finding the perfect home for us. I could not recommend a better realty team to help you out. 10/10, I will be calling him when we’re ready to retire this house and find a new one! Thanks again guys!

Peter helped us purchase our home in 2014 after more than a year searching, several offers rejected on homes going over asking price, and 2 other realtors giving up on our search. We were so thankful for his patience and the personal attention he gave us. Peter and Vicky have built a company focused on personal relationships and providing the best possible home buying experience. We still see them every year for their client holiday movie event and they have even recently provided many references for contractors for a planned remodel of our kitchen. We are thankful to know we can trust them with our future home buying/selling needs and that their help & care continues well beyond signing your mortgage contract!

The Royster Real Estate Team, have been my realtors in both buying and selling for the last 15 years. Peter and Vicky are extremely knowledgeable and provide the appropriate guidance along the way. They worked hard to get me the best offer when selling my property. They’re extremely responsive and cared about my time and my needs. They communicate well and kept me informed throughout the process. Peter And Vicky allowed me to work at my own pace throughout the process which was extremely important to me. They have an immense attention to detail and I’d recommend them to anyone looking at either buying or selling. They take the stress out of the process.
