For example: - He made sure the builders completed everything in the agreed upon list before I closed. The builder tried to tell me it is good and will be done by closing time but Patrick made sure and he did an extra final walkthrough to make sure it was all completed. - He checked on the property after the big 2024 storm in Houston and the day after day of closing to make sure there was no damage to the property.
