I have bought and sold properties for years and in the vast majority of cases, always left real estate transactions questioning the value of the realtor as they usually just get me in the door and I tend to have to do most of the work. I was thrilled that this most certainly wasn't the case with Rachel. She was attentive from the outset, listening to what we were looking for and offering up constant, relevant options. Rachel proactively questioned sellers about their properties ahead of our visits, chased down questions we had after viewings, addressed issues for us, contacted third parties whenever we needed to involve someone and generally did most of the work. She was a real breath of fresh air and the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended!

Kimmie was sincerely the best realtor we could have asked for as first-time home buyers. She was patient and gracious, and showed us every property we sent her. She took notes of things we liked and didn’t like and helped us rank each property, piecing together dealbreakers and must-haves. We felt so taken care of by her. Searching for and buying your first home (especially when pregnant, which I was) can be an extremely stressful and emotional situation, but every interaction with her was a breath of fresh air. She goes above and beyond for her clients…(she’s even babysat for us since!) and she makes you feel like your best friend is walking through the experience with you.
