Using our price and distance parameters, Jennifer showed us several communities in the Tomball-Magnolia area. Once we settled on the location and floorplan, Jennifer walked us through the entire building process. She negotiated price reductions with the builder and joined us at the design center when making our selections. She knew what choices at the design center added true value to the home. and she didn't let us get so caught up in the excitement to make unnecessary or expensive choices. In the end we were extremely satisfied with our choices and didn't break the bank!! Since we were 200 miles away, Jennifer kept tabs on the building progress for us and helped resolve issues along the way. Jennifer was at our final walk-throughs with the builder before closing.
