Phil owned a custom home building company for 7 years, so it's no surprise that he's a new home specialist. He built beautiful homes that were known for quality, functional layouts, style, innovative building techniques, and energy efficiency. Phil was recognized for his work as well as his leadership, as president of the local and district homebuilder's association.

When Phil decided to leave Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, he could have relocated anywhere in North America, but he picked Fort Bend because he believes in the present and future of the area. Phil, his wife, Kimberly, and their children love the warm Houston weather and their Sienna neighborhood. As a Realtor, Phil hopes to help many other families make a similar transition.

I am a proud Graduate of Texas Southern University in which I received my Bachelors of Administration in Accounting In addition to this I have also received my Masters of Business Administration with a Finance Concentration. Working as an Accounting Professional in the Corporate Sector for over 20 years has allowed me to develop the business acumen and highly detailed oriented skills that it takes to be a successful Realtor.
