Buyers don't always know they are looking to buy and Sellers don't always know they are looking to sell. For instance, if a Buyer can not find the right home on the market, I can often pull homes in desired areas for my clients that were not traditionally ever on the market. The same goes for Sellers, my goal in marketing is to create the best possible presentation of the home and expose it to as many potential buyers as possible, which includes everyone.
