We did our homework on real estate agents. I'm an engineer and nerd. All of the relevant data ( homes sold in area, closing sales avg last 3 years, avg days on market etc etc ) all had Michele Harmon team as either top performing agency or in top 3. After my beautiful wife and I finished interviewing the top 3 agencies we decided on Michele Harmon's team and were very happy. These guys are GOOD! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We took all of their expert advice and had our house sold in two days. Actually first day we turned down a good offer based on their counseling and were rewarded nicely and it only took one more day. Did I say these guys are good? They are AWESOME! I highly recommend them and IF you take their advice... You will be very happy you hired them.

The Michele Harmon Team did an outstanding job helping us in purchasing our new home. Agent Melissa Harper went way above and beyond to help us and did an excellent job! It was an absolute pleasure working with her! Very professional, courteous, and she knows her job and does it well! If you are in the market for a new home, I would highly recommend Melissa Harper and the Michele Harmon Team!

Michele's team is fantastic! We worked with Kathryn Sherrouse and she is amazing! We could not have done this without her. We live out of state and the property we were selling required a lot of repairs and attention. Kathryn helped us by repeatedly meeting with repair personnel and contractors to prepare the home for the market and meet prospective buyer’s conditions. Even with all the necessary work to be done with this property, they were able to negotiate a deal that was above the asking price. I highly recommend Michele Harmon and her team for your real estate needs.

Highly Recommended! David and team did an outstanding job helping us with the purchase of our home! . Always on top of everything since day 1. We also sold our previous home with Michelle Harmon Team and got a very personalized treatment! Love the honesty and straightforward since Day 1. Had before a such a bad experience with another Realtor but not this time!. Buying and selling a home is always stressful so it was great to have someone who made it easier and less stressful!
