“I moved to Texas a week ago and Mary made my transition to homeownership stay on track the whole way through. She was very knowledgeable of and kept me in the loop of what was going on at all times and I could call her at anytime with question, even though there was a 2 hour different in our time zone. When it seem as though the loan company was going to change my closing date Mary step in to insure the loan company had everything they needed so I could closed on time. Because of COVID-19 I didn't think I would be possible to purchase a home without seeing it first. Mary made did a video of the home for me, she also spotted things the needed to be taking care, during the walk through. I would recommend Mary to everyone. This experience was customer service with a smile and you hardly ever see this anymore. And she checked with me and my family a few days later to ensure everything was okay with the move.
