“We had Luke show one house, he arrived before us and did the showing, he was very knowledgeable. Overall a nice guy. Later on, we went to search more houses in another area on our own. We called the builder if they can show us their house and no one was available, not even their own agents or realtor recommendations. So we texted Luke and asked if he can get access to the house. And he jumped right on it that same day. He got the access and did the showing. Please note it was outside his normal service area. We then put down an offer and it was accepted. Luke was with us from start to finish. He guided us and helped with any question directed to the seller builder. Helped point out flaws with the house and made seller responsible for it. Absolutely an easy person to deal with passionate about helping others in their home search. Will definitely work with him again if we ever buy another. 5 stars ”
