She has 10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and contract review. Jeff's real estate experience began while in high school, working for a local Friendswood brokerage learning real estate from the ground up. He earned his salesman's license at 19 and become a broker at 21 while earning a degree in real estate at San Jacinto College. One of Jeff's most formative experiences came from selling over 1,000 homes in 35 states as a real estate manager for a corporate relocation company. He later taught real estate investment and contracts as an adjunct professor at SJC.

Efficient, business-oriented and considerate, Jeff's deep knowledge of the residential real estate market and his confident approach to marketing and contract negotiation instill confidence and trust in his clients. Andrea Cotie resides in Seabrook, Texas with her two children and husband. She was born and raised in the Houston area. She knows and loves the surrounding and the people in her community! After graduating with an Education Degree from Texas A&M in 1999, Andrea and her husband moved to the Clear Lake area to start a family. After many years of teaching in CCISD, while flipping, rentals, and other real estate investments, Andrea decided to pursue a real estate career full time. The success she has earned, while teaching, has given her the ability to bring enthusiasm, hard work and personalized attention to every client she meets. While Andrea is not serving clients, she is spending time with the people she loves. She loves the great outdoors, camping with friends and family, and traveling!
