As the working parents of 3 young children, we wanted to minimize the disruption to our lives. Jeff was always cognizant and considerate of our time. He went through our home with us identifying areas of improvement and places to invest. We only dealt with Jeff and he was always responsive and quickly available. Our busy weekend of showings were managed using a text based online system and we were able to block out times that were unavailable for showing. Jeff always considered disruption of our lives. By the end of the weekend, we had several above asking offers. Jeff went through each with us and helped us understand the key aspects. In the negotiations, he used his experience and knowledge of us to craft a workable contract. He also provided numerous contractor options to help with needed repairs. More than anything, Jeff was the professional real estate agent we were looking for. We needed someone to do the legwork and come to us for the decisions.
