“This is not a just a Oh yea just give 5 stars all the way down thing Laura really deserved 5 stars in all categories It was obvious when we first met at my property that Laura is a competent experienced realtor She came prepared with a wealth of market research to give me an informed decision on how to list the property Even when she was on vacation she responded quickly to any inquiries I had She was at a dinner on a Friday night and responded to an emergency that was my fault I forgot to cancel a power disconnect before the buyer s inspection appointment and promptly rescheduled an inspection to prevent any fees for no power at inspection Again Laura is obviously an experienced realtor This was evident really throughout the process It s unfortunate that I m relocating outside the Houston area but she is recommending realtors in the areas I m considering If I ever move back to Houston I m calling Laura first without a doubt ”
