I had the pleasure of working with Kim Dixon on a transaction in December. She was accurate, helpful and in a word, amazing. Leading up to the closing, we ran into a roadblock at one title company, and through a trusted connection that Kim had at another title company, we closed the transaction within 24 hours, two days before Christmas! WOW, what a world wind!! I signed the listing contract, Kim's team took pictures of my house and land, we had an open house and at the end of the open house we had a FULL ask price offer!!! I couldn't have done it without my forever relator, Kimberly Dixon-Dudley!
