Katherine knows her stuff! She is a wonderful agent. Very knowledge of the industry, laws and new updates. In this crazy market of buying or selling, she kept me calm and told me the honest facts (good or bad). Katherine works hard for you and makes sure that everything is correct. I've worked with Katherine for several transactions and each time she has been amazing. Very responsive and always communicated with detail about any showings or properties. If you need a great agent give her a call...you will not go wrong with hiring Katherine. She'll do a great job for you and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work.

Katherine did an amazing job with leasing my townhouse. We were able to rent it for the price and terms/conditions I wanted. Katherine was diligent in vetting prospective renters. She was greatly helpful in getting my place ready for showings and leasing. Katherine always kept me updated on any activities pertaining to leasing my townhouse and guided me through this process. There are some great things I can say about Katherine! If you are looking for a professional, hardworking and dedicated agent, don't look further. She puts in all her heart in her work and works with her heart. As many clients she has, she will always have time for you and make you feel her priority. Katherine Boddeker was recommended to us by a friend who has years of experience in real estate; he said she was the best realtor he had ever worked with. She helped our son buy his first home. We subsequently asked Katherine to list our home for sale. Katherine provided comparisons of similar houses sold in the area to help us set the right price. She brought in a professional photographer and a videographer to make the house look great on the listing. She worked hard to market our home, and we had a contract at asking price in less than a week. Weichert offers a discount to first responders and teachers, so we saved money on the commission as well. We would definitely use Katherine again.

My experience working with Katherine was was so amazing. Let me share my journey. First, To get my house on the market, Katherine was so accommodating in getting my home on the market. I was leaving for a job out of state for 8 weeks. Katherine took all the weight off my shoulders from staging my home, making sure my home was safe during the worst snow storm in Conroe, getting any odds and ends done, and then “bam”, had a buyer in a matter of a few weeks. She made sure all documents were sent to me, kept me informed step by step. And then, Katherine arranged for my home to be packed up by movers, her wonderful husband traveled with me 2 hours away to make sure my move went without any issues. Then Katherine was on the ball locating me a rental home. I will be forever grateful to Katherine for her professionalism, kindness and “do what ever is needed” for her client’s. Sincerely, Teresa
