Working with Jon and Christina was a dream! We knew that we wanted a unicorn- very specific type of home and requirements for that, in an even more specific part of town. Jon listened to what we wanted and took that heart. He went to showing after showing with us. He offered advice when asked and never made us feel pressured or like we should compromise on what we wanted. Eventually we found a house that surpassed our wish list and he was thorough and direct with the listing agent to make sure our offer was the offer that was accepted. Once under contract, he continued to walk us through each step of the process, again offering advice and recommendations when needed. My family is in our dream home, in our dream area and so much of that is because of Jon and Christina and their dedication to the client experience and their knowledge of the industry. We are so grateful to them!

Chris and Cab were recommended to us so we decided to give them a try. My wife and I were first time home buyers so we were very nervous about the whole process. The team was very helpful and thorough with explaining EVERYTHING. They never made us feel dumb about the millions of questions and were very patient when showing us all of the many houses we were interested in. They had lots of great insight in all of the small pockets in Houston and very knowledgeable in what to look for in a great neighborhood. As first time home buyers, we were very fortunate to have found such an amazing team. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I just closed on our first home this morning and if it wasn't for the tremendous help we received from Chris and Cabby, this would NOT have been possible. There are good realtors and there are SUPREME ones. Chris and Cabby are definitely the latter. They truly went above and beyond for us, even during their vacation, to make sure we got the house that we wanted. They were quick to respond, extremely informative, and incredibly resourceful. We are so grateful to have met such talents during out first home buying process and cannot recommend them enough!

My husband and I purchased our first home with Christina and Cabby on our team and we couldn’t have had a better experience. They truly looked out for us and asked all the right questions before we even thought of them. They have connections to many service providers (and a great loan agent!). Their expertise, communication, and attention to detail made us feel at ease during the entire process and their kindness and thoughtfulness made us feel like special clients. Cabby has helped me rent my house twice over a 5 year span and sell my house when I did not live in Houston. He helped me find and schedule contractors and looked for the best rate possible. I am very happy with with Cabby's service and communication during the entire process. He helped answer all of my questions along the way and made sure I fully understood all of the details of selling a home. I highly recommend the Chris & Cab team to anyone looking for a realtor.
