Natalie Jones is the seasoned agent all buyers want- smart, savvy, and puts her experience to WORK for you. On top of it all, she is one of the hardest working and most responsive people I've had the pleasure of working with, even helping me submit offers past midnight at times! As an out of state buyer, I relied heavily on her expertise and for her to be my eyes and ears. She provided guidance on homes, insights on neighborhoods, navigate changing market trends, and always brings fresh perspectives to the table. I could not have had an easier closing process with her and her stellar team- by far my smoothest closing to date. I do not ever leave reviews, BUT my realtor certainly made it worth it! Not only did Mrs. Linda Tighe make herself readily available to us whenever we had any type of questions or concerns, but she went above and beyond! She fought for what we deserved. Mrs. Linda was well versed in the VA loan, which we utilized, and even helped us get an even lower interest rate with a recommended mortgage lender. We could not have asked for a more committed realtor. Thank you, Mrs. Linda, for helping us reach our long-term goals! We will be forever grateful!

Priscilla was an absolute joy to work with, took the time to show different neighbourhoods and homes well before we were 'purchase ready', quickly formed a detailed idea of what we were after and guided us throughout the process with knowledgeable, pragmatic advice.

Using Cy-Fair Real Estate has been such an amazing experience!! It started with going online and not knowing where to get started. I went on their website and it was so clear and easy to see what choices were available. They break down every neighborhood and then show all of the listings available for that area. Next, we called randomly on a Saturday morning and someone picked up the phone. He spoke to us for almost an 1 1/2 hours about the different neighborhoods and what our needs and wants were. He was very patient and very willing to help. We found out that he is the Jim Mulholland owner/broker of the company. His professionalism and time he took to talk with us set the tone for the rest of what we dealt with. He immediately referred us to our amazing realtor Natalie Jones, who is their top producer of the company. We had only spoken on the phone before we got to Texas. She listened to all of our needs and came up with multiple properties for us to look at. We were on a time constraint but she was able to show us 12 homes in 1 day!! She was very organized, professional, caring, and very easy to work with. She made us feel very comfortable and we felt very confident with everything she did. She went well out of her way to help us make our dreams come true. Even during the close of escrow all of the assisting agents and title company were great to work with. We feel so fortunate to have found Cy-Fair real estate. I would recommend using them and Natalie Jones as your realtor if you want the most seamless and easy experience if you are looking to buy a house. ❤️❤️
