I don't even much know where to start (I should say continue) with expressing our gratitude with Jennifer. This is our second time needing her expertise and honestly hand to walk us through this new journey. I was not looking forward to starting the whole home-search process but she made everything so much easier and less stressful. It was a sigh of relief knowing that she had OUR best interest at heart. When I say that she is literally available 24/7, it is no exaggeration. Well atleast that is what it felt like to us. She will always be our #1 go-to for all our housing needs. ATTENTION – MUST READ!! I am incredibly grateful to have Ms. Jennifer as my realtor. Especially for a buyer (me) who lives out of State – far from Texas. She was extremely professional, responsible, and caring; and was great with answering any questions and concerns that I had, ensuring I fully understand what I need to do and why is it necessary. She made sure that she was with me from pre-closing, walkthrough and finally the closing day. Ms. Jennifer went beyond to make sure everything was taken care of even after the closing. Because I live far away from TX and was worried about whether the inclement weather had impacted my property, Ms. Jennifer even personally went to check on my property is safe and sound while other related parties were not response to my request after the closing. I cannot recommend Ms. Jennifer enough if you are looking for a great agent! You would be glad that you have her as your realtor. In addition, I have few recommendations of realtors, however, no one could be like Ms. Jennifer who really cares her client’s needs and concerns.
