Is there still a problem with the odor?

Shadow Creek Ranch is a very large subdivision. It has many smaller communities within it that are not near the landfill. It might be good to investigate the area your client is interested in purchasing in specifically to see if the landfill will be a problem or will cause any issues in the future. I have many clients that choose Shadow Creek and are very happy with it. It is a great location to get into the city and offers a good variety of homes under $300K. The City of Pearland and it\'s economic planning team have many great resources as well. Hope this helps!\nJennifer Allen
