Lindsay Pettit was great too work with, she was very knowledgeable and made it all too easy for us! Anything and everything we needed help with or any questions we may have had she made sure too accommodate us the best and easy way possible, she made it such a smooth and great beginning of our journey for us, we really do appreciate it all! Thank you again for helping us find and get into our new home, we couldn't have done it without you!!!!;) we would definitely highly recommend Lindsay, she has patience, very kind, positive energy and always works best too fit your schedule...!

My wife and I are so thankful for Julie Cook’s professional assistance in building our new construction residence! Julie guided us expertly through the whole process from start to finish: advising us on selecting the appropriate location and best plans, smoothing the negotiations and contracting with the builder’s salespeople, coordinating discussions and deadlines with the lender; and keeping discussions with the builder’s superintendent on course. Julie even facilitated our introduction to the neighborhood association. Finally, Julie proactively tackled last-minute issues that might have delayed closing! We love our home, and we were so pleased with Julie! Julie is the best! We highly recommend her and would gladly use her again!

Before we connected with realtor Kristina Martinak, my husband and I struggled for months to sell our first family home. So it was such a huge difference in how fast things started moving once Kristina became our realtor. She was an excellent communicator, professional, and a smart negotiator to advocate in our best interest and receive the best price for our home. From the start, she gave us helpful guidance on how to improve our home and supported us with afforable connections to make those repairs. She even made sure to add special decorative touch-ups for showings, and regularly let us know if the grass needed a trim, ect. Once on the market, the showings were nearly every day. And weekends were packed. It wasn't long before we finally sold our home to the right folks! We are so grateful for all the hard work and determination Kristina gave to sell our home. Highly recommend 10/10 for Kristina and the Jamie McMartin group!

Had a great experience working with Shannon to purchase my new home!! She was devoted to ensuring that we got all the necessary information we needed from the start of the home purchase all the way through to the end. Her experience was really valuable as she leveraged her real estate knowledge to get us through whatever obstacles we encountered along the way. From looking for a good inspector, to financing suggestions, to document collection and processing, Shannon was on her A game through the entire process. We will definitely be coming back in the future to work with Shannon and the Jamie McMartin Group.

Working with Julie Cook recently to sell our house was a great experience. She scheduled showings and open houses on a regular basis and provided suggestions and recommendations to improve our homes appeal. She kept us up to date on activity from start to finish and got our house sold! We have bought and sold several houses with here, and each transaction has been smooth and worry free!
