“Ray went above and beyond in working with us to sell this house. He was a huge help in getting the house ready to list and then held multiple open houses. We had two buyers back out for reasons not related to the property, but Ray did not get discouraged. Eventually when he found buyers that were truly interested he worked with their realtor to get us the bast price possible. After the inspection revealed that the square footage was less than what we thought it was he help get a second opinion which confirmed the first and still managed to close the deal. Could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and work ethic.”
