Erin is phenomenal to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and overall just great to work with. She helped us purchase our first home in 2015 and then assisted with the sale of our home in 2024. She has a great team of professionals she works with and lots of marketing tools she utilizes and it shows! Our photography and videography were great for our home. She has a good knowledge of the market and assisted us to price our home well which resulted in a multiple offer situation the first two days on the market, 3 offers over asking!! I highly recommend Erin and plan on calling Erin if we move back to the area. She is excellent.

Erin handled our first home purchase, plus the sale of that house and the purchase of our new house. During the first home purchase process, she was patient with us and willing to work with our schedules. It took several months to settle on something and Erin stayed with us every step of the way. That house was a perfect home for us for 3 years. We decided to build our second house and it was so helpful to have Erin be our realtor during that process because she was able to negotiate with the builder when things weren’t going right or deadlines weren’t being met. She also helped us sell our first house after only a few showings! Erin is fun to work with but is also very professional. Anytime we have a real estate question, we go to her! I highly recommend using her!

Above asking price and under contract the first week! Erin Phelps helped me sell a 1940’s bungalow in Riverside Terrace. She studied the timing (December) and the suggested an appropriate price - the house sold quickly. I was happy to not have to pay additional property taxes. I sold this house as part of a 1031 exchange. This was a first for both of us. Erin was patient and helpful as we worked our way through the process. We both learned a lot about the time critical steps a 1031 exchange requires. Erin is always calm and collected, she did a good job of setting expectations and negotiating with the buyers. Overall selling my house was a relatively easy process, and I recommend Erin highly.

Erin has been a dream to work with. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and personable, she's very hard-working and determined to get her clients across the finish line. Erin anticipated our needs and was always 2 steps ahead of us, ready to explain the upcoming process. She faced unexpected challenges head on and was always there when we needed her. Erin went the extra mile when bringing my home to market. She partnered with an excellent home staging consultant and professional photographer to give buyers the best impression of my home. Her hard work and promptness were appreciated and make it easy to work with her. I'm glad we hired her and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell!
