My initial goal was to find a place to lease for me and my two dogs, where I could have an extra bedroom for my kid and a home office. Elizabeth sent me dozens, if not hundreds, of listings within my requirements and budget. After seeing the market, I decided that it was best to buy a home.
Elizabeth quickly shifted to my needs and sent me listings that were within my buying budget, my preferred location, size needs and newly built.
She and I met up and visited several open houses for several weeks (even in this Houston Heat) until I found the right house for me. When it was time to put in an offer she fought for me to have the sellers include some concessions that would make my move much easier.
Elizabeth was there on top of things at every step and ensuring that everything that was needed was taken care and signed for. She made this process much less painful than it usually is and I am extremely grateful to her for that.
Hopefully, I don’t have to buy or sell another home in the near future, but if I had to, I’d know exactly who would take care of me.
