Donald and Xanath are a great duo to help anyone with their real estate needs. Donald helped me purchase my first home in 2014 and when my family was ready to move, he helped provide guidance on what updates to make to maximize my sale price. My home had multiple offers within 2 weeks and closed less than 6 weeks after it was listed. He also helped us with communications with our new home builder, making that process very smooth.
