I have worked with Dawn for many years and watched her working with both Buyers and Sellers. When it came time for me to make a move in my life she was the first agent I thought of. Her knowledge on the ever changing market in the Houston area is a huge asset to have on your side when buying or selling, or both. Dawn’s calm and professional demeanor is very reassuring as she guides you through your transaction. I was very confident that no matter what situation might arise during the selling of my home or the buying of my new one Dawn’s advice would get me through it. Within half an hour of meeting Dawn, I knew that she was the ideal agent for me. She came very well-prepared to our first appointment. She knew the particulars of my property from the floor plan and square footage to the amenities of my community. She had even checked out the HOA. Most important, Dawn had carefully researched the market trends for my location, had the relevant comps and identified the optimal price point for a viable, lucrative contract. I had a full-price offer within 48 hours. Her negotiating skill got me through the sticky issues, while her manner was steady and reassuring, even when my inspection came with unwelcome surprises. She monitored the property in my absence --to include watering my plants when the heat overwhelmed them. Perhaps most important, Dawn was attentive and responsive at all times. She never left me hanging. Her team was equally gracious and available. I can't imagine a more competent, efficient realtor. My mother was a realtor, so I know of what I speak!

It was a pleasure working with Dawn. She did whatever necessary to sell our 26 year old house which included 3 open houses, a second photo shoot and follow up phone calls to potential buyers after the showings. As we were frequently in AZ during the sale process, she was there when we needed help with the house alarm, returning internet and home security equipment after sale. Her knowledge and expertise help make selling our house a smooth process. We definitely recommend her and will use her for our future real estate needs.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience working with Dawn to purchase our first home! She was organized, attentive and so nice and personable! A 10/10 experience all around! Will definitely be using Dawn as our realtor in the future! Highly recommend to anyone!
