Living on a large ranch near town most of my life has lead me to be knowledgeable in many areas outside of the four walls of a home, including our incredible wildlife population of native and exotic animals, the trees and grasses in the area, springs, rivers and lakes, water wells and septic systems and requirements.

I first moved to the area in 1980 attending Schreiner Junior College before graduating from Texas A&M University and returning in 1988. I’ve been serving the real estate community since 2002.

#1 producer in Kerr County, #3 in the Hill County region and #13 in the Southwest region for Century 21 in 2006.
